– During Sell Your Body… Happy Tom punched Bam Bam from JFA in the face after he stumbled onto the stage during the song, bumped a few band members, and then tried to talk to Tom! After being nailed in the face Bam Bam was ushered out of the concert by security.

– Chris Summers did not play on this tour. It was reported that a reoccurring ankle injury forced him to stay in Norway. Thomas Dahl substituted.
